What's the minimum order?
Custom medals start at 100 pieces, and some ready-made models at fewer. Trophies start at 10 pieces and cups at 3. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the best option.
How long does production take?
It depends on the quantity, the model, and the customization. When we quote — the same business day — we confirm a real delivery date and we hit it.
Can I send my own design?
Yes. We work from your logo, sketch, or reference. And if you prefer, we design the piece from scratch for your event.
Do you provide a design proof before producing?
Yes. On custom projects we show you a render so you approve the piece before we manufacture it.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship across Mexico and to the southern United States from our workshop in Guadalajara, with protected packaging and tracking.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
We stand behind our work. We review the case and replace any piece that arrives in poor condition.
Do you handle rush orders?
Ask us. Depending on the date and the quantity, we find the best way to reach your ceremony on time.
