Do you work with purchase orders?
Yes. We can be set up as a vendor and work against a purchase order, with formal invoicing.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. We cover Mexico and the southern U.S. and coordinate delivery to one or several destinations.
Do you send a proof before producing?
Yes. You approve a proof of the piece before we produce. Nothing is made without your sign-off.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
The approximate quantity, the reason for the recognition, your logo or brand guidelines, and the event date. With that we propose material and format.
How far in advance should I request a project?
Production takes three to four weeks depending on the project, plus transit time. It is best to reach out well ahead of your ceremony.
Can you develop annual recognition programs?
Yes. We design recurring programs for tenure, performance, or sales, with one brand language and phased production.
