2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

By using our website, placing an order, requesting a quote or interacting with our AI conversational agent, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Alpuerta Premiaciones designs, manufactures and sells:

Custom medals (metal and acrylic)
Custom 2D and 3D trophies (resin, PLA, acrylic, metal)
Italian cups
Corporate awards
Custom pins
Commemorative coins
Plaques
Badges
Custom ribbons
Sculptures and special pieces

All of our products are made to order with custom specifications according to each client’s requirements.

4. ORDER AND QUOTE PROCESS

4.1 Requesting a Quote

Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue, unless a different period is stated.

4.2 Orders

Orders are confirmed through:

Written approval of the quote (email or WhatsApp).
Payment of the required deposit (70% of the order total).
Approval of designs and technical specifications.

Once the order is confirmed, production times vary by product:

Medals without color: 3 weeks.
Medals with color: 4 weeks.
Orders over 1,500 medals: 4 weeks.
Custom trophies: 4 weeks.
Stock-line trophies (standard catalog): 15 business days.
Italian cups and other catalog products: subject to availability; specified in the quote.

Production times are estimates and begin to run only once all of the following conditions are met:

Payment of the 70% deposit of the order total.
Final design approval by the client.
Confirmation of the materials required for production.
Production availability in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Any delay in the deposit payment, design approval or confirmation of materials by the client will proportionally adjust the estimated delivery date.

4.3 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Custom medals: 100 pieces minimum (standard line: 50–100 pieces).
Custom trophies: 10 pieces minimum (standard line: 3 pieces).
Italian cups: 3 pieces minimum.
Other products: per technical specifications.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the quote is issued.

Prices do NOT include:

Shipping or delivery logistics (unless explicitly stated in the quote).
VAT (added to the total).

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer or deposit
Credit/debit card (subject to an additional fee where applicable)
Cash (in-store only)
Installment payment: 70% deposit and the remaining 30% upon delivery or before shipping (may vary depending on the order amount and conditions).

6. AI CONVERSATIONAL AGENT

6.1 Service Description

Alpuerta Premiaciones uses an AI-based conversational agent to handle commercial inquiries through WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.

The conversational agent:

Collects information to generate quotes.
Answers questions about products, services, location and hours.
Stores conversation history to provide continuity of service.

6.2 AI Agent Limitations

The conversational agent is NOT authorized to:

Issue final price quotes without human validation.
Confirm orders or authorize production.
Process payments.
Modify orders that have already been confirmed.

All quotes and order confirmations must be validated by a human advisor at Alpuerta Premiaciones.

7. RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

7.1 Custom Products

Because all of our products are made to order with the client’s custom specifications, we do NOT accept returns or refunds, except in the following cases:

Manufacturing error attributable to Alpuerta Premiaciones: defects in materials, or production errors not attributable to the approved design.
Product damaged during shipping: provided it is reported within 24 hours of receipt.

7.2 Quality Warranty

Alpuerta Premiaciones warrants that all products meet the quality standards agreed upon in the quote and the approved design. In the event of manufacturing defects, we commit to:

Replacement of the defective product at no additional cost.
Repair of the product where technically feasible.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, texts, images and content on the website https://trofeosonline.com.mx/ are the property of ALPUERTA S.A. DE C.V. and are protected by the intellectual property laws of Mexico.
